The guidelines below must be followed in order to receive any credit: 

  • We reserve the right to make all determinations regarding the condition of returned merchandise.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A “RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER”.  To obtain an RGA number, e-mail your detailed request to us at sales@thesportsmedicinestore.com or contact us by phone at

  • Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition and in original packaging.

 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.  To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list, invoice or RGA number to the return.
